General Information

Registration is NOW OPEN on this webpage. The online payment system requires a credit card (VISA or Mastercard).

Only for Brazilian participants: O pagamento da inscrição poderá, opcionalmente, ser realizado via boleto bancário ou nota de empenho.

The registration fee covers participation in all scientific conference sessions, conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks, and the social program. Please note that it is necessary to register and to pay the conference registration fee no later than the final registration deadline (see also Important Dates).

Information for Authors

Note that every accepted paper must have at least one registration to the conference. A full registration entitles to publish a maximum of 2 papers by the same registered author. A student registration covers only one accepted paper.

It is obligatory that (at least one of the) authors must register before the early registration deadline (see also Important Dates). Otherwise the contribution will not be accepted for publication in the conference proceedings. Moreover, one of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must present the paper at the conference in order to avoid an automatic withdrawal of the paper from the conference.
